Francesco Gabbani @ Fest'unità Bologna

Francesco Gabbani is an Italian singer and songwriter. He rose to fame after winning the newcomers' section of the Sanremo Music Festival 2016 with the song "Amen". The next year, he went on to win the main section of the Sanremo Music Festival 2017 with the song "Occidentali's Karma", and represented Italy in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 finishing in 6th place.
In April 2017, Gabbani announced on Facebook that he would be releasing his third studio album, Magellano, on 28 April 2017. The album will include his Eurovision song "Occidentali's Karma". The album has peaked to number 1 on the Italian Albums Chart.
